烧伤创面水泡液中游离氨基酸分析

摘要 热损伤常使机体发生严重的应激反应,导致以代谢过度,蛋白质消耗和体重减轻为特点的一系列代谢紊乱。组织的水肿和创面的渗出又进一步加重了这一紊乱。本文报告了我科自1985年以来对35例烧伤患者进行了烧伤创面水泡液中游离氨基酸(AA)含量的分析。旨在通过对烧伤渗出期创面丢失AA的种类和含量的检测,探讨AA代谢的变化,希有助于对烧伤休克期AA补充的重视,并指导AA混合液的配制和临床应用,以达到缩短疗程、提高治愈率的目的。 Thermal injuries often cause serious stress reaction and result in metabolism disturbances such as hypermetabolism, over consumption of protein and reduction of body weight. Tissue edema and wound exudation further worsen the disturbance. In this paper, the authors report the results of analysis of free amino acid content in vesicle fluid of burn wounds of 35 cases of burn. These results help to guide the preparation of amino acid infusion liquid and their application in the shock stage of burn, to shorten the course of treatment and increase the rate of healing. The authors compared the amino acid content in normal serum with that in the vesicle fluid and found that the content of indispensible amino acids such as threonine, methionine and lysine, dispensible amino acids such as aspartic acid, alanine and arginine in the vesicle fluid is lower than that in normal serum. But glutamic acid content is higher. The authors suggested a rational formulation of the amino acid infusion liquid.
