MEBO在手外伤后创面长期不愈的应用

LONG UNHEALED HAND WOUNDS TREATED WITH MEBO

我院自1989年12月以来。对住院的手外伤病人中78例因伤后大面积皮肤坏死,肌腱及骨外露导致长期不愈,采用MEBO治疗后,获得了满意的效果。

78 cases of hand wounds with large area skin necrosis and exposure of muscle tendon and bone. The wounds did not heal for long. After treated with MEBO , the wounds healed very satisfactorily. MEBO protected the wounds and had antiinfla- mmatory effect. It created adequate drainage in the wounds. The application of MEBO was very simple and easy. The inspection of the wounds was easily done. No strict sterilization was needed.
