摘要
本文介绍了我院从1990年小儿烧烫伤采用湿性医疗技术的经验体会。讨论了小儿烧烫伤的特殊性;分析了传统方法存在的问题,总结了湿性疗法的优点,指出MEBO具有止痛效果好,液化排除坏死组织;通畅引流抗感染,改善局部微循环,防治淤滞带组织坏死,抑制纤维组织过度再生等。该药使用方便易于掌握,最适于在基层医院及厂矿,山区、农村、施工等现场使用。
This paper presents the experience in treating pediatric burn with MEBT, a discussion on the
specific characteristics of pediatric burn, an analysis of the problems in conventional treating method and the advantages of MEBT for treating pediatric burns. MEBO has good analgesic effect. It promotes liquefication of necrotic tissue and drainage, prevents infection and progressive necrosis of the stasis zone tissue and improves local microcirculation and inhibits excessive regeneration
of fibrous tissue.
MEBO is very easy and convenient to use and is suitable for grassroot medical units in factories and mines, mountain areas, rural areas and construction sites.
