化学烧伤244例分析讨论

AN ANALYSIS OF 244 CASES OF CHEMICAL BURNS

本文报告了采用MEBO治疗244例化学烧伤的临床经验。作者认为:必须十分重视院前急救和早期清创及大量清水冲洗,注意全身治疗及化学物质吸收中毒的处理,通过较详细的临床分析及讨论证实:MEBO治疗化学烧伤具有阻止化学毒素吸收;减轻化学物质损伤程度;药物中和了部分化学物质,加速了焦痂溶解脱落的功能。体现了止痛效果好:液化排除坏死组织:通畅的引流以抗感染;改善烧伤局部微循环功能,防治淤滞带组织进行性坏死;抑制纤维组织过度再生等诸多优点,适用于多种原因化学烧伤尤其是深Ⅱ度创面,正确使用能使创面愈合后减少疤痕的形成。

This paper reports the clinical experience with MEBO in treation 244 cases of chemical burns. The author suggested that emphasis should be laid on pre - hospitalization treatment and early debriedement. The wounds should be thoroughly washed with water. Systemic treatment and neutralization of absorbed toxic chemicals are also very important. A detailed analysis of the data proved that MEBO was capable of inhibiting the absorption of toxic chemicals and lessening chemieal injuries. MEBO partially neutralized the toxic chemicals and promoted dissolution of the schar. MEBO had the advantages of good analgesic effect, promoting the removal of the liquefied necrotic tissue, keeping adequate drainage, preventing infections, improving microcirculation. preventing progressive necrosis of the stasis zone tissue and inhibiting fibrous tissue hyperplasia. MEBO is suitale for treating chemical burns of various causes, especially for deep 2nd degree wounds. Proper application of MEBO can promote wound healing and lessen the formation of scar.
