摘要
本文总结了烧伤、烫伤、冻伤患者,全程采用湿润暴露疗法的护理经验。此疗法比传统的干燥和包扎疗法有其独特的优点,它的止痛作用可以减少止痛剂大量应用所致的依赖性或成瘾性;它的抗感染作用可使我们在普通条件下收治大面积烧伤患者。此疗法简单、方便,易被护理人员掌握。实施MEBT的关键是涂药技术,要求护理人员要根据创面不同过渡期严格掌握涂药量、次数以及涂药厚度,使MEBO充分发挥药效,同时加强基础护理,预防烧伤并发症,这是保证MEBT充分发挥疗效,缩短创面愈合时间,促进患者早日康复不可忽视的条件。我院自1990年以来收治烧伤、烫伤、冻伤患者,均全程采用MEBT,治疗效果显著。在烧伤患者的治疗过程中,护理工作占较大比重,大面积烧伤患者生活完全不能自理,而且MEBT的主要操作是(MEBO)的涂药技术,它直接关系着治疗效果,这些工作主要由护士承担。通过对烧伤患者的护理我们总结出如下护理体会。
This paper summarizes the nursing experience in brun. scald and frostbite patients treated with MEBT. This the rapy has many advantages over conventional dry therapy and bandaging method. This therapy avoids the use of large amount of analgesics which cause addiction and dependence. This therapy has antiinfective effect. It enables us to treat a large number of burn patients without requiring strictly sterile condition. This therapy is simple, convenient and easy to perform. The key to the application of MEBT is the technique of smearing MEBO on the wounds. Nursing personnel should grasp the proper dose of MEBO at different stages of the treatment and the thickness and frequency of MEBO smearing. so that MEBO can fully display its effect. In order to shorten healing time and to promote the recovery of the patients, nursing work should be strengthened and attedtion should be paid to the prevention of complications. In this way. MEBT can give very satisfactory results.
