经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术治疗前后血流动力学和心功能的对比研究

Comparative Study of Hemodynamics and Cardiac Function before and after Percutaneous Balloon Mitral Valvuloplasty

本文观察了75例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄(MS)患者经皮球囊导管二尖瓣成形术(PBMV)治疗前、后的血流动力学和心功能的变化.结果显示、术后即刻二尖瓣压力阶差,肺动脉和左房平均压下降.左房内径缩小,而二尖瓣口面积增大.心输出量和射血分数等各项心功能指标显著增加,表明PBMV是一项非开胸治疗MS的有效方法.

We compared changes of hemodymamics and car-diac function before and after percutaneous balloon mi-tral valvuloplasty(PBMV)in 75 patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis. The result showed that all patients expe-rienced decreases in left ventricle to left atrium pres-sure. in pulmonary pressure. in mean left atrium pres-sure, in left atrium inner diameter and an increase in mitral valve area. The indices of cardiac function, such as cardiac output,ejection fraction improved significant-ly. It suggested that PBMV be an effective non-open heart treatment for this heart disease.
