摘要
采用自行研制的乙基纤维素卡铂微囊进行形态学、兔药代动力学、体外释放速率及理化性能的测定。结果表明:卡铂微囊能够成功地被乙基纤维素包裹,且在制作过程中其理化性能未改变。卡铂微囊中乙基纤维素与卡铂重量比为18:82。微囊的平均直径为298μm。兔体内卡铂与卡铂微囊药代动力学研究表明,用卡铂微囊进行动脉栓塞化疗术,能够提高局部组织内的药物浓度,降低全身的血药浓度。卡铂微囊体外释放速率结果表明卡铂微囊具有缓慢释放的性能。
Carboplatin was microencapsulated with ethylcelledose. In vitro test the microcpules contained on average 82% of biologically active carboplatin and had sustained-release property. The mean particle size was 299um. So that microcapsules were reasily infused in three rabbits tissue of tongue through arterial catheterization, The carboplatinlevel in circulating blood was significantly lower than that of other threerabbits given non-encapsulated carbopatin intravenously Howerer, a significantly higher carboplatin concertration in the tissne of tongue was found in rabbits with microcapsules.
