早产儿和缺氧新生儿红细胞免疫状态初探 被引量:1

A PRELIMINARY APPROACH TO RED BLOOD CELL IMMUNOLOGICAL FUNCTION IN ANOXlC NEONATES.

摘要 本文对40例缺氧新生儿,16例早产儿的两种红细胞免疫花环率进行检测,经与26例对照组比较,结果发现红细胞C_3b受体花环率测定,缺氧组呈非常显著性差异(P<0.01),早产儿组无显著性差异(P>0.05);红细胞免疫复合物花环率测定,两组差异均呈非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。表明新生儿缺氧会导致继发性红细胞免疫功能的缺陷,而早产儿更低于对照组。 The two immunological rosetle formation rates of red blood cell were determined in 40 cases of anoxic neonates and 16 cases of premature infants, and compared with 26 cases of controls. The resultes indicated that by comparing the rosetle formation rate of red blood cell C3b receptor, significant difference was found between the anoxic neonates and the controls (P<0.01), and no significant difference between the premature infants and the controls (P> 0. 05). In the rosetle formation rate of red blood cell immune comples, both were statistical- ly significant as compared with the controls (P<0.01). It indicated that anoxic neonatorum resulted in secondary deficiency of red blood cell immunological function, and so did the pre- mature infants.
