摘要
本文应用多巴酚丁胺治疗新生儿难治性心力衰竭,进行了临床疗效对比观察(观察组18例,对照组20例),获得满意疗效。并对该药的作用机理、给药方法和注意事项等进行了讨论。
In the paper, clinical effects of Dobutamine were evaluated in new- born infants with refractory heart failure. The results showed the clinical symptoms were improved signifticantly after Dobutamic treatment in the observation group (18 cases) as compared with the control (20 cases), and the administration machanism points for attention of the drug were discussed.
