摘要
使用ELISA方法,检测78对产妇、新生儿及31例健康未孕妇女血清抗G^-杆菌特异性IgG、IgM和IgA水平。结果见到:1.与未孕妇女比较,产妇特异性IgG显著偏低(P<0.001),特异性IgM偏高(P<0.02),而特异性IgA变化不大(P>0.05),提示产妇机体特异性体液免疫减低。2.新生儿特异型IgG为母体的74%,且与母体呈正相关;而特异性IgM、IgA仅为母体的0.6%和0.8%。提示:新生儿特异性免疫低下,自抗G^-杆菌特异性抗体可由母体输入,获得一定的抗菌免疫力。
With ELISA method, we determined specific Anti-gram-Negative bacillus (E Coli lipid polysaucharide, (E-LPA) IgG, IgM and IgA levels in the sera in 78 paira of perinatal wom- en/babies an 31 non-pregnant women (control). We found that compared with contrcl the perinatal women had very Low IgG-ELPS (P<0.001) and high IgM-ELPA (P<0.02) ; IgA- ELPA Showed no difference (P>0. 05). The babies IgG were 74% of their mother's, and positive relation were observed betwecn them, IgM and IgA were only 0. 6% and 0. 8% of their mother's. We consider that 1. Tthe specific humoral immunity in perinatal women and their babies were poor2.In preganat period, the babies could get some IgG from their moth- ers to acquired some anti-bateria immunity.
