新生儿感染性疾病血清CRP 311例动态观察

Continous observation of serum CRP level in 331 cases with infective diseases in neonatal period

采用单项环状免疫扩散法,对311例新生儿惑染性疾病患儿进行了血清CRP动态检测,结果表明:感染性疾病,在病程早期即见增高。除常见败血症及肺炎外,亦见于产前或产时感染、脐炎、新生儿腹泻及其它感染等疾病。CRP的增高程度和消失与病情、病程相一致。CRP检查有助于指导治疗和判断预后。

We have observed the changs of C-reactive protein (CRP) level in 331 cases with neona- tal infective disease, including: septcemia (77 cases), pneumonia (40 cases), umbilical im- flamation (55 cases), intrauterine bcterial infection in birth (33 cases), diarrhea (20 cases), and other infective diseases (50 cases )as well as uper respiratory infection (36 cases). We used single ringer immunodiffusion method (SRID). The resuits demonstrated that CRP was increased in the early stage of infective diseases, and the changs of CRP level were related. with the developments of the diseases. This study shows that monitoring of CRP is valuable in appriciating the effects of treatment and pridicting the outcome of the diseases.
