摘要
聚烯烃纳米复合材料不但具有聚烯烃自身质量轻、耐化学溶剂及综合性能优异等特点,且根据纳米粒子种类的不同而具有阻隔、抗静电、抗菌等新的功能特性,从而拓展了聚烯烃的应用领域[1]。
A new approach,in situ preparation,for mass production of polyolefin nanocomposites was proposed,which not only effectively promoted dispersion of the nanofiller in the polyolefin matrix but also made the prepared polymer exist in the form of granules.Firstly,the nanofiller with spherical particle morphology(such as clay or carbon nanotube) was prepared.Then the nanofiller-supported catalyst with spherical morphology was obtained,where active component of the catalyst were evenly dispersed on the surface of the nanofiller.Finally,the polyolefin nanocomposites with granular morphology were prepared by the olefin polymerization catalyzed by the nanofiller-supported catalyst.
