摘要
作者报告了一种石英紫外线杀菌灯对玻璃表面枯草杆菌黑色变种ATCC9372株照射10min,对繁殖体大肠杆菌ATCC25922株,金黄色葡萄球菌6538株,照射2min杀灭率均可达99.9%以上,对塑料表面自然菌照射10min杀灭率可达92.5%,研究中发现菌液内血清含量在40%以上时,对紫外线消毒的效果有一定的影响。用于空气中自然菌照射30min杀灭率可达90%以上。
The efficacy of ultravoilet lamp in killing bacteria
was reported. The rates of killing the spores of B.
subtilis var. niger in 10 min, the E. coil and the S.
aureus in 2 min were over 99.9% on the glass surface.
The rate of killing the natural bacteria on the plastic
surface in 10 min was 92.5%. And the authors discov-
ered that killing was affected by the serum in the bac-
teria solution. The rate of killing the natural bacteria
in air in 30 min was over 90%.
