应用2215细胞对四种消毒剂进行抗乙肝病毒效果的比较

Comparison of Anti--HBV Effect of 4 Disinfectants by using 2215 Cells

应用2215细胞对临床四种消毒剂进行了抗乙肝病毒效果的比较,结果表明:“88”洗消净(50mg/L)的效果最佳,其次是“84”消毒液(100mg/L),再次是清洗消毒剂(100mg/L)。2215细胞可以做为评价抗乙肝病毒消毒剂效果的试验模型。

Experiment of the anti-HBV effect of 4 disinfect-ants by using 2215 cells have shown that the effect ofdisinfectant '88' is the best, disinfectant '84' ranksthe second and the cleaning disinfectant ranks thethird. The results indicated that 2215 cell-line can beused as experimental model for the evaluation of theeffect of anti-HBV disinfectants.
