摘要
本实验以高效液相色谱-电化学检测器法测定正常足月新生儿交感神经系统活性,并探索其在休克时的变化,以期指导临床休克的早期诊断。结果表明,新生儿交感神经系统活性已发育达一定水平,可以对休克产生反应,新生儿休克早期可无血压下降征象。另外,对一些临床指标的观察发现,肛温、肛-腋温差、毛细血管充盈时间是休克早期较有效的监测指标。
We measured the sympathetic nervous system activity (using HPLC-EC) of normal and sick full-term newborns, in order to know its mean level and its responses to neonatal shock. Hoping it can help the early diagnosis of neonanal shock. The results show ① The neonatal sympathetic nervous system activity has developed to some quite well degree and can make some responses to Shock.②Newborns have been in the early stage of shock when they hydrated moderately. There are no signs of hypotension at this time. Some other Clinical items study show that rectal temperature. rectal- Axillary temperature gradiant and capillary refill time are the effective monitors of neonatal shock.
