摘要
本文测定了30例足月正常新生儿生后24小时之内的血红蛋白,红细胞计数,红细胞压积、红细胞重量、红细胞内游离原卟啉,并推算出MCV、MCH、MCHC、MCW、MCEP,结果提示新生儿不仅Hb、RBC计数、HCT明显高于年长儿,而且MCV、MCH、MCW、MCEP也明显高于年长儿,因此在判断有否红细胞增多症时,应主要以HCT为准,Hb次之,RBC数更次之。
This study measured the count of RBC、HCT、weight of RBC, Free Protoporphyrin in RBC. Then Calculate out MCV MCH MCHC and MCW (mean corpuscular weight) and MCEP (mean corpuscular proto- prophyrin) in 30 normal neonate age less than 24 hours. The results show that neonatal not only have a higher value of Hb RBC HCT, but also higher in MCV、MCH MCW、MCEP and lower in MCHC than elder children, which mean neonatal erythrocyte volume is bigger and weight is heavier but concentration of Hb is lower. So in diagnosing neonatal pol- ycythemia HCT is a most important value,after that is Hb and count of RBC.
