摘要
在奥氏体转变温度下实现可锻铸铁石墨化在过去被认为是不可能的,本文借助扫描电镜及X射线能谱观察了经Si-Fe复合孕育后的白口铸铁试样及对照试样,试验结果表明,经Si-Fe复合孕后的白口铸铁经72℃等温保温26h内能够得到全铁素体基体的可锻铸铁.
It was considered imposibly to graphite malleable Cast Iron under the Austenite transitire temperature. White Iron ineculated by Si-Fe compounds and its contrast sample were observed by SEM and EDS, The results showed that the malleable castiron of complete fenite matrix was obtained after White Iron ineculated by Si-Fe compounds was preserved under 720℃ for 26 hours.
