Studies the properties of mutual exchange for a function in dynamics, a partial differentiation with respect to a generalized velocity, in exchange for a perfect differentiation with respect to time. Based on these properties, the equivalence of known equations of motion can readily be demonstrated and new equations of motion obtained.
