摘要
采用脑血肿腔侧脑室双向置管引流的手术方法,治疗重症高血压脑出血 33例,木后 1周内死亡9例(27.2％),手术存活率明显提高。该方法手术损伤小,降低颅内压迅速,优于目前其他同类手术方法。
33 cases of cerebral hernatoma due to severe hypertension were treated by a method of two directional drainage. Nine(27%)of them died one week after the operation. The survival rate was obviously increased. This method has more advantages over other simi lar surgical treatments at present.
