心阻抗非线性法与染料稀释法测定心输出量的对照研究

The Contrast Research on Dctermination of Cardiac Output by Non-Linear Impedance Method and Dye Dilution Method

用心阻抗非线性法与染料稀释法进行对照研究,同时测定40例患者心输出量。结果表明:两种方法心输出量测定值具有极显著的相关性,相关系数为0.92(P<0.01)。心阻抗非线性法优于Kubicek法,使心输出量的测定值准确性得到提高,适宜临床推广应用。

The cardiac output was measured simultaneously by the non-linear impedence method and dye dilution method in -10 patients. The values determined by the two methods showed obviously significant correlation (Υ= 0. 92,P<0. 01). More-over,the non linear impedence method is superior to Kubicek formula. The former can improve the relia bility of cardiac output determination,and is fit for wide clinical use.
