加强社会化服务 依靠林果业致富——易县梁格庄镇林果业社会化服务体系建设的对策研究

ENHANCING SOCIAL SERVICES AND GETTING PROSPEROUS WITH FORESTRY AND FRUIT PRODUCTION——Countermeasure Studies on Construction of Social Service System for Forestry and Fruit Production in Lianggezhuang Town

调查发现,易县梁格庄镇社会化服务工作薄弱是造成该镇林果业出现滑坡和林果业经济收入比例偏低的重要原因。这在太行山区各乡镇带有普遍性。本文从分析林果业社会化服务薄弱的原因人手,建立了以提高村级服务组织综合服务率为目的的数学模型,在此基础上提出加强梁格庄镇林果业社会化服务的10条对策。从而完成了“从加强社会化服务人手,达到依靠林果支柱产业致富之目的”的构想。

Investigations showed that the lack of social service was the major cause for the weakening and low profit of forestry and fruit production in Lianggezhuang town, Yixian County. In this paper, a mathematical model for inhancing social service system of forestry and fruit production was established with the analysis of its reasons. And ten countermeasures for betting the service system here in the town were put forward.
