摘要
对LY12铝的二维损伤现象进行了实验研究,利用显微观察,观察到了LY12铝中空穴的成核成长机理和裂纹的扩展机理,为进一步精细地研究该材料的损伤断裂行为提供了实验依据。还给出了描述延性材料动态损伤过程的量——损伤度的演化方程,在二维动态断裂数值模拟中考虑了空穴成核的影响。数值模拟与实验结果吻合较好。
The two-dimensional damage phenomena of Aluminium LY12 have been experimentally investigated. By way of microstructure observation technique of the material, the mechanism of nucleation and growth of voids and development of cracks were detected. On a basis of the above observation results the equation of evolution for porosity which represents the dynamic damage process of ductile materials has been developed and incorporated into a two-dimensional Lagrangian finite differential code to simulate the dynamic fracture process of Aluminium LY12. The results of calculations describe successfully the experimental records.
