摘要
根据垂直不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法研究家蚕、蓖麻蚕、樗蚕和樟蚕体液酸性磷酸酶(ACP)同工酶的结果指出:1)家蚕A染色区的4条ACP酶带由2个基因座上的4个等位基因支配;2)多化性品种和中国系统二化性品种的ACP同工酶具有明显的起源同源性;3)蓖麻蚕的ACP同工酶是2个基因座上3个等位基因编码的单链分子,樗蚕和蓖麻蚕具有相似的酶谱类型;4)种蚕的ACP同工酶活性存在显著差异.
The acid phosphatase (ACP) isozymes from the body fluid of four silkworms , Bombyx mori L. Philosamia cynthia ricini Boisduval, Philosamia cynthia Walteri et Felder and Saturnia pyretorum pearsoni Westwood, were analysed and compared by vertical discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicate that: 1 )The four isozyme bands of B. mori L in A staining region are coded by four alleles at Acp-lA and Acp-2A locus. 2)ACP isozy-mograms of Chinese bivotine and multivotine race of B. mori L. are homologous in origin. 3)Zy-mograms of P. cynthia ricini Boisduval and P. cynthia Walteri et Felder are similar, the ACP isozymes in A-staining region of P. cynthia ricini Boisduval are one-chain molecules which are coded by three aileles at two loci. 4)The activites of ACP isozymes from four silkworms are obviously different.
