摘要
根据垂直不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对家蚕、蓖麻蚕、樗蚕和樟蚕体液酯酶(EST)同工酶的研究结果指出;1)家蚕EST同工酶至少由3个基因座控制;2)家蚕二化性和多化性品种以及中国系统和日本系统品种之间的EST酶谱类型分布频率存在明显差异;3)蓖麻蚕和樗蚕具有相同的酶谱类型,蓖麻蚕A染色区的酶带是由Est-A基因座上2个等位基因编码的双链分子;4)樟蚕的EST同工酶由2个基因座编码,Est-2A基因座编码的桃红色酶带在迁移位置上有差异,由此推测广州地区的樟蚕可能是一个混合群体。
The esterase(EST)isozymes from the body fluid of four silkworms. Bombyxmori L,Philosamia cynthia ricini Boisduval,Philosamia cynthia Walteri et Felder and Saturttia py-toterum pearsoni Westwood, were analysed and compared by vertical discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicate that: 1 )The EST isozymes of B. mori L. are controlled by at least three loci. 2) Distribution frequencies of the zymograms of B. mori L. vary significantly with bivotine and multivotine races,and with Chinese and Japanese races. 3)Zymogram types of P. cynthia ricini Boisduval and P. cynthia waiteri et Felder are similar,and the isozyme bands of A staining region are two-chain molecules coded nby two alleles of Est-A locus. 4)Two gene loci are coded for the EST isozymes of S. pyretorum,pearsoni,the EST isozymes coded by Est-2A locus are three types of two-chain pink band with different Electrophoretic mobility, by which we suggest that the population of S. pyretorum pearsoni Westwood in the region of Guangzhou city is a deme.
