摘要
以HMBA为诱导剂,以MGc80-3细胞为材料,采用免疫金标-电镜、细胞骨架微丝特异染色等技术,观察到诱导后细胞出现大量的纤维粘连蛋白,其分布与细胞表面微绒毛的消失和细胞膜下微丝束的出现等现象有关,并探讨了这些变化在癌细胞逆转、分化过程的作用和意义。
Human gastric adenocareinoma cell line MGc80- 3 was studied after being induced by HMBA. By means of itnmunogold labelling microscopy and cytoskeleton specific stain, the changes of FN and some relevant characteristrics between MGc80-3 cell and the induced cell have been found. Further investigation and analysis were made on the effect and significance of these changes in adenocacinoma cell during induced differentiation.
