摘要
应用电镜超薄切片和冷冻蚀刻技术.研究厦门文昌鱼(Branchiostoma belcheri Gray)精子发生过程中高尔基体和线粒体的变比.观察到高尔基体的演变和顶体的形成,并发现顶体的形成及其内容物的合成和浓缩同高尔基体密切相关,同时,发现线粒体的数量和分布位置都发生变化,其变化规律类似于一些无脊椎和脊椎动物,但内部结构不同于一些高等动物,而较接近于低等的水中受精动物。
The transformation of the Golgi body and mitochondria in the Spermatogene-sis of xiamen amphioxus(Branchiostoma belcheri Gray)were investigated by electron microscopy. The Golgi body transformation and the formation of the acrosome were observed. And it also shows that formation of the acrosome and the synthesis and concentration of contents are closely related to golgi body. This paper indicates that the numbers and the distribution position of mitochondria have change. The rules of its transformation are similar to that of some invertebrate and vertebrate. But the inner structure is different that of some higher animal and similar to that of the lower animal fertilized in water.
