南化塘地区灯影组的暴露标志及其意义

THE EXPOSED SIGNS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DENGYING FORMATION IN NANHUATANG AREA, NORTH-WESTHUBEI PROVINCE

本文通过对鄂西北南化塘地区灯影组发育的暴露标志:渗滤豆石、虫蚀状构造、洞穴充填沉积、干裂及帐篷构造的研究,认为灯影中晚期为本区主要的暴露时期。

This paper made a research on the exposed signs which lie to the Upper Dengying Formation in the Nan-huatang area of north west Hubei province. The exposed signs include vadose pisolite, Chongshi structure, cave - filling sediment ,desiccation crack and tepee structure. The authors considered that the very exposed period of this area was the Middle-Late Dengying Age.
