摘要
通过自编软盘的计算机程序和Qould四道记录仪,采用氢清除法测定大鼠大脑皮质的局部血流量(LCBF)。额皮质、前肢皮质和纹状皮质的m-LCBF分别为62.29±6.12、64.50±6.89和65.78±7.14ml/100g/min;鼠两侧大脑皮质的m-LCBF为64.19±6.72ml/100g/min。通过对两侧大脑半球六个部位皮质的m-LCBF测定,证明两侧大脑皮质的m-LCBF无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
The hydrogen clearance method was used for measuring cortex local cerebral blood flow (LCBF).LCBF in frontal cortex and forelimb cortex and striate cortex averaged 62.29±6.12 and 64.50±6.89 and 65.78±7.14ml/ 100g /min, respectively. CBF in cerebral cortex rat averaged 64.19±6.72ml/100g /min. The measurement results of cortex m-LCBF of 6 sites in two cerebral hemisphere proved that there was no obvious difference of m-LCBF in left and right sides cerebral cortex(P>0.05).
