摘要
对30名6~8岁健康儿童和30名6~8岁腭裂术前儿童发a音和i音的声样进行了对照性频谱分析,经统计学处理有显著性差异。腭裂儿童频谱共振峰峰值明显低于正常同龄儿童是由于鼻、口腔相交通所致。由于腭咽闭合功能不全,使向口腔方向去的声能经由鼻腔漏出,从而导致共振峰频率的改变。作者认为,频谱分析是一种很有实用价值的客观定量分析手段。
The sound examples of 'A' and 'I' of Chinese phoneticism preduced by 30 normal children between 6 and 8 years of age and 30 preoperative cleft palate children between 6 and 8 years ef age have analyzed by using spectrographic analyses There were significant differences between the two groups. The 'A' and 'I' produced by normal speakers showed higher formant frequencies than those by cleft palate speakers. The result of the study demanstrated that the spectrographic analysis was a valuable method which could record and analyze the sound examples of patient with cleft palate objectively and quantitatively.
