摘要
报道甲状腺微小癌7例,皆采取了相应的手术方式。手术前诊断甲状腺微小癌较难,主要的原因是原发灶小于5mm,并隐藏在腺体内,无特殊的症状和体征。当颈部出现肿大的淋巴结时,可能是转移所致,必须做病理检查。在查找甲状腺原发癌灶时,术者应仔细观察切除的甲状腺叶间隔3mm的连续切片。本组7例均用此法确诊。
In this paper, seven cases with microcarcinoma of the thyroid were reported. It was difficult to diagnose these micro-carcinma of the thyroid before resection. Metastasis probably result in the appearance of enlarged lymph nodes in the neck. It is necessary to make biopsy during operation. In order to find the primary lesion, surgeons must make successive sections in every 3mm of the resected thyroid, carefully search the lesion and make definite diagnosis. It is the procedure that make diagnosis possible in above seven cases.
