两种类型子宫内膜癌的特点

THE CHARACTERS OF TWO PATHOGENETIC TYPES OF ENDOMETRICAL CARCINOMA

本文分析200例两种类型子宫内膜癌,其中Ⅰ型135例(67.5%),Ⅱ型65例(32.5%)。两种类型在代谢紊乱及雌激素等典型表现方面存在显著差异(P>0.05),两种类型子宫内膜癌在肌层浸润、分化程度、转移、分期、五年生存率等项均有统计学差异。

The article analysed 200 cases of endometrical carcinoma according to Bokhmans typing 135 cases were type Ⅰ (67.5%) , 65 cases were type Ⅱ (32.5%) . The two types have significant difference between signs of metabolic disturbance and hyperestrogenism. Type Ⅰ cases were sensitive to progestogens, complete operation might improve the survival rate of type Ⅱ,
