小儿血行播散性结核病24例分析

ANALYSIS OF 24 CASES OF CHILD HEMATOGENOUS TUBERCULOSIS

综合分析了24例小儿血行播散性结核病的病史、实验检查、X线的特点和4例尸检的病理改变。结合文献,对本病易误诊的原因、避免误诊的办法进行了初步探讨。

Twenty-four cases of child hematogenous tuberculosis history,Laboratory examination, character of X-ray and including antopsy. Changes in 4 cases was analysed synthetically in this article. Combining with documets, it was discusied primarily the reasons of misdiagnosis and the methods of avoiding misdiagnosis.
