溃疡性结肠炎患者机体免疫功能变化的研究

STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF IMMUNE FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH ULCERATIVE COLITIS

本文对42例溃疡性结肠炎患者进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白检测,并对其中8例重症溃疡性结肠炎患者应用皮质激素治疗前后对照组T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白含量的变化。结果:活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者与对照组比较CD_3无明显变化,CD_8阳性细胞比例增加,CD_4/CD_8比值下降,免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA含量明显增高、IgM则无明显变化。8例重症溃疡性结肠炎患者应用皮质激素治疗病情缓解后CD_3有明显增加,CD_4、CD_8无明显变化,CD_4/CD_8比值有所升高。免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA含量明显下降。提示溃疡性结肠炎患者的发病和病情变化与机体的免疫功能有密切的关系。

T cell subsets and immunoglobulin in the peripheral blood of 42 patients with ulcerative colitis confirmed by enloscop: and pathologic diag- nosis were examined and the changes of T cell subsets and immunogiobulin content were observed in 8 cases with serious ulcerative colitis before and after treatmetn with corticosteroid. The result showed that CD_3 and IgM concentration did not have significant difference between the patients with active ulcerative colitis and the controls, but the proportion of CD_8 posiive cell and concentration of lgG, IgA of immunoglobulin increased and the ratio of CD_4′CD_8 vdecreased in patient group. The condition of the 8 cases was improved by using corticosteroid, CD_3 and the ratio of CD_4/CD_8 elevated and nothing changed obviously with CD_4 and CD_8 The concentration of IgG and IgA of immunoglobulin also decreased evidently.The present data suggests that there is a intimate relation between the attack and condition of the patients ulcerative colitis and the immune of organisms.
