孕大鼠胎盘药物代谢酶以及MeP对酶活性影响的研究
摘要
近几十年来,越来越多的证据表明胎盘对某些前致癌物/前致突变物如苯并(a)芘等有代谢活化的能力,一些外源物经胎盘转化后对胎仔有致毒作用。目前,胎盘代谢酶在催化代谢外源物的地位及其意义尚未完全阐明。
