南昌霉素 A 发酵中间代谢产物之间数学模型的初步探讨

摘要 本文根据南昌霉素 A 在200L 不锈钢罐中发酵的测定数据在 IBM/PC 微机上进行数学模拟,结果表明:(1)南昌霉素 A 在发酵液中的累积,菌丝体 DNA 量的增长,糖、磷的消长变化分别与发酵时间 X 的函数关系为 Y=a+blnX。(2)菌丝体 DNA 量的增长变化,糖、磷的消耗分别与南昌霉素 A 在发酵液中的累积 y 的函数关系为 Y=ae^(bx).(3)南昌霉素 A 的累积与还原糖的浓度 X 之间的函数关系为 y=(a+bX)/X。(4)南昌霉素 A 比生产速率 Q。(在单位时间内单位菌体重量合成南昌霉素 A 速度)分别与发酵液中菌丝体 DNA 浓度、NH_3-N 浓度、还原糖的浓度、总糖和溶磷消耗值之间的函数关系为 Q_p=aXe^(bx)(b<0)。初步揭示了南昌霉素 A 发酵中间代谢物之间的内在关系. According to the data of assaying the inter metaboltites in the fermentation of N.A,mathematicalsimulation was carried out by means of a computer.The results showed that,the interrelationship between theincreasing of N.A,the DNA content of mycerial,the increasing and declining of sugar and phosphate con-sumed in the fermentative solution and the fermentative time could be expressed in a formula as y=a+blnXrespectively;the interrelationship between the increasing and declining of the DNA of mycelial,sugar andphosphate consumed and the accumulation of N.A could be expressed in a fomula as y=ae^(bx);theinterrelationship between the concentration of reductive sugar and the accumulation of N.A could be ex-pressed as y=(a+bX)/X;moreover the interrelatiorship between the synthesizing rote of N.Aand the concentration of DNA of mycelial,NH_3-N,reductive sugar,total sugar and phosphate consumedcould be expressed as y=aXe^(bx)(b<0).
