摘要 While we are celebrating the Ninetieth Anniver-sary of the founding of this college,the Thirty-third Anniversary of the upgrading to institute,the crafts and arts department has undergone athirty- third year journey.Now it becomes a de-partment with peculiar characteristics and com-plete subjects and with five specialies.But thisdepartment offered only one speciality before.
