摘要
用电镜技术和细胞化学方法研究结果发现,小麦条锈菌吸器颈部和吸器体壁均由两层构成,即染色较深的外层和染色较浅的内层,但是,具邻位羟基多糖物质的分布模式和糖基的种类在颈部壁和吸器体壁并非一致。在颈部处凹陷的寄主细胞质膜紧贴于其外壁,而在吸器体部位,它与吸器体始终保持一定距离。吸器外间质中存在有多糖物质,α-葡萄糖或α-甘露糖,乙酸半乳糖胺,半乳糖等糖基。此外,在吸器外围的寄主原生质中存在有呈管状的复合体。
The ultrastructure and cytochemistry of the interface between wheat-stripe rust fungus and wheat host were studied by means of electron microscopy and cy-tochemical methods, such as Thiery staining, Roland staining, Protease digestiion and lectine probes. The results from observation showed that the walls of neck and body of haustoria consisted of two layers, a thick, densely stained outer layer and a thin, lightly stained inner layer. The distribution pattern of polysaccharide with vicinal hydroxyl groups and the type of sugar sides in the haustorial neck and body walls were not the same. The invaginated host piasmalemma was very closely stuck on the outer wall of the neck, but it keeped some distance from the haustorial body wall. There were polysaccharide, a-Glucose or a-mannose, Accetylglucosamine and a-Galactose in extra-haustorial matrix. In addition, tube complex was found in host protoplasm around the haustoria.
