摘要
用PMSG+PG,PMSG+PG+激光照射,FSH+PG和PSH+PG+促排卵3号四组药物组合,超排处理15头黑白花奶牛。各组获得可用胚胎头均数分别为1.50±2.52枚(n=2)。3.30±2.52枚(n=3),2.86±3.85枚(n=7)和6.00±5.29枚(n=3),四组总头均数为3.40±3.70枚(n=15)。鲜胚移植三批受体妊娠率平均为62.2%(28/45),前两批移植妊娠率高达78.3%(18/23),其中1头供体一次冲胚11枚,移植11头受体,有9头妊娠。15头供体牛冲胚后40d内人工授精全部妊娠。
Fifteen Holsteins were treated for superovulation with four different medical combinations including PMSG+PG,;PMSG+PG.+laser irradiation;FSH+PG. and FSH+PG. + stimulating superovulation hormone No. 3. The average available embryos obtained from per donor cow in each treatment were 1. 50±2. 52(n = 2),3. 30±2. 52(n = 3),2. 86±3. 85(n = 7) and 6. 00±5. 29(n=3). respectively,and the average available embryos of the total number of the four treatments were 3. 40±3. 70(n=15). The fresh embryos were transferred into three batches of recipients, and the everage pregnancy rate was 62. 2%(28/45) ,but the pregnancy rate of the first two batches was as high as 78. 3% (18/23). In the batches,there was a donor,from which eleven embryos were obtained at a time. The embryos were then transferred into eleven recipients, nine of which became pregnant. In addition,by means of artificial insemination,the fifteen donor cows were all in conception within 40 days after embryo washing.
