摘要
本文采用物理、生理、生化等测定方法,对刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia L.)种子活力进行了试验研究。结果表明:用 TTC 定量法测定刺槐种子活力,测定迅速.方法简便,容易掌握,测定结果可靠.与电导法和软 x—射线摄影法相比较,是一种测定刺槐种子活力的理想方法。
Testing of seed vigor of Robinia pseudoacacia were studies with methods of physical, physiological,biochemical and stress assay.The results show that the best method of testing seed vigor is the tetrazolium method(TTC).With its' limitation,the methods of conductivity test and the soft x-ray couldn't be used for testing Robinia seed vigor. Robinia pseudoacacia seed vigor is related to seed viability to direct proportion.During seed storage,the deterioration of seed vigor is faster than that of seed viability.Robinia seed vigor is related to conductivity to inverse proportion under normal condition,but to the seed aged or demaged,the relation between seed vigor and conductivity is complicated.
