摘要
通常,在齿轮一周任意选择几个均匀分布的齿面测量齿形,难以找出最大齿形误差,本文根据齿形误差与齿距误差的关系,提出一种新的方法,可以有效地确定齿形误差,极值的位置,准确地测出齿形误差最大值。
Generally, when measureing the gear shape by randomly selecting a few uniform distributed gear surfaces around the gear, it \vonld be difficult to find the optimum gear shape error. In this article a new method is proposed dependign on the relation between the gear shape error and the gear step error, so we can effectively decide the position of the extreme value of the gear shape error and measure the maximum of it accurately.
