Finite element analysis of single pile acted by lateral loads

为克服现行侧向荷载作用下桩计算方法的缺陷，推出有限元法．本方法 可计算多层地基中的桩、变截面的桩，以及桩身受有分布荷载的桩．给出有关 算例表明与理论解的结果相差甚微．

To remedy the defect of current computing method for single pile acted by lateral loads, finite element method is adopted in the analysis of single pile. This method can analyse piles in multi-layer foundation, piles wlth varying cross-section and piles acted by lateral distributed loads. The computed example shows the results are very close to the theoretical solutions.
