UEA膨胀砼在海工工程的应用试验研究

摘要 结合大连“虎滩乐园水下世界”海工工程实例,介绍采用UEA膨胀剂配 制抗冻标号为D250的海工砼;并且砼一次性浇灌长度 55.06m而不留后浇 缝,突破了国家有关规范,补偿了砼体积收缩,避免了开裂.竣工后经三年检 验,达到设计和使用要求,为UEA膨胀剂在海工砼的应用提供了成功的经 验,为海工砼的级配开创了新的途径. Taking the marine engineering of 'Underwater World of Tiger Beach Paradise' as an example,the paper introduces a new kind of anti-freezing concrete. By means of this project, an underwater concrete block of 56.06 m long was poured in one time without any contract fissure. It is due to the use of UEA expander,an additive to the concrete,which compensates the contract when the concrete solidifies. Having inspected for three years since it finished,if has shown that the new concrete fulfiled the designed requirements in all aspects. The application of UEA expander in marine concrete has provided a successful experience and found a new way in marine concrete blending.
