摘要
本文在根据聚合物击穿的陷阱理论,阐明了聚合物击穿过程中电荷注入的关键作用之后,在大量的实验室研究工作的基础上,设计和制造了我国第一条110kV带电荷发射屏蔽层的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电力电缆。型式试验结果表明,这种新型结构的电力电缆具有良好的电气特性和较小的绝缘厚度,完全可以代替普通型电力电缆。其推广和应用将带来巨大的经济效益。
On the basis of trap theory for dielectric breakdown in polymer the role of charge injection in the treeing breakdown process has been explained. After detailed experimental study in laboratory, first 110kV cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) power cable with-charge emission shield is designed and developed in our country. It is shown by the typical test results that this new power cable has excellent electrical properties and thinner insulation thickness. The 110kV XLPE cable with charge emission shield can be used to replace of general 110kV XLPE cable. Making use of this new cable will gain enormous benefit.
