摘要
本文在电声脉冲法基本原理的基础上,把测试系统等价为一个线性时不变系统,考虑到介质内反射波的作用,提出了空间电荷波函数的概念。通过空间电荷波函数和等价线性时不变系统脉冲响应特性的测定,引用快速Fourier变换,可求得任意厚度固体电介质中的空间电荷分布。本方法降低了对测试设备性能的要求,扩大了测试范围。
On the basis of the principle of pulsed electro-acoustic method, the measurement system can be equivalent to a linear time-invariant system (LTIS). On considering the role of reflected wave, the concept of space charge-wave function is proposed in this paper. Through the measuring of space charge-wave function and impulse response of the equivalent LTIS, the space charge distribution in solid dielectrics with arbitrary thickness can be found by fast Fourier transformation algorithm. With the new method, less special demand for the measurement instrument is required. Furthermore, the measurement scope is extended.
