摘要
本文根据实验结果分析了ZnO阀片冲击破坏的类型,研究了两种破坏类型的机理,同时给出了提高冲击破坏能量的措施。
Two types of impulse destructions of ZnO varistors were analyzed from experimental results, and their impulse destruction mechanisms were researched. The methods to increase impulse destruction energy of ZnO varistor were presented too.
