摘要
总结了聚酯纤维混凝土的实验研究结果,调查了9种不同的配合比,由塌落度和倒锥筒塌落度试验确定新拌和混凝土的可利用性,通过压力法测试空气含量,并以抗压、抗弯特性和抗冲击力来评估聚酯纤维在硬化混凝土的作用.试验结果显示聚酯纤维改进了混凝土包括抗弯强度、抗弯和抗压韧度及抗冲击力在内的多种强度特性.
This paper summarizes the results of an experimental study concerning polyester fiber reinforced concrete. Nine various mixes were investigated. Fresh mix workability was characterized by the slump and invert slump cone tests. Air content of fresh mix was measured by the pressure method. Compressive and flexural behavior and impact resistance were used to assess the effects of polyester fibers on the properties of hardened concrete. Experimental results showed that polyester fibers improve various hardened material properties of concrete including flexural strength, flexural and compressive toughness ,and impact resistance.
