摘要
铜录山铜矿是露天与地下联合开采的大型铜矿。由于开采期间排水疏干引起地表大面积塌陷,大量地表水灌入井下,严重威胁井下生产安全。为此决定采用帷幕注浆方法以截流地下水和防止地面塌陷。帷幕注浆工程在可行性研究的基础上进行的,历时4年半。工程完工后对注浆效果进行了评价,结果表明,堵水效果达62%,减少了井下及露天坑的排水量;幕内外出现明显水位差(38m左右),幕外水位回升,控制了地面的塌陷。给矿山创造经济效益4000万元左右。
Tonglusha copper mine is a large mine with underground and surface combined mining system. During the period of mining operation drainage and dewatering of the ore body caused a large area of surface subsidence and a great volume of surface water poured into underground space, posing serious threat to mining safely. Therefore it has been decided that curtian grout was used for sealing ground water and preventing subsidence. The project of curtian grout was completed on the basis of feasibility study and took four years and half. After completion of the project grout effectiveness was evaluated, 62% of sealing water rate was achieved, underground and surface drainage rate was reduced, water level difference between inside and outside of curtain become bigger (about 38m) , water level outside curtain has arisen and the surface subsidence was controled. The mine gained 40 M Yuan RMB of economical benefit as a result of the project.
