摘要
本文研究了控制轧制对907钢组织和性能的影响,结果表明,高温塑性变形促进了铁索体转变,抑制了贝氏体转变,细化了铁索体晶粒。通过控制轧制可明显改善907钢的综合力学性能。
The effect of controlled rolling on microstructure and mechanical properties of steel 907 was studied in this Paper. It is found that deformation at high temperature improved the transformation of ferrite, depressed the transformation of bainite, and made the grain of ferrite fine. The comprehensive mechanical properties of steel 907 was raised obviously by controlled rolling.
