摘要
液膜分离技术是继萃取法之后的第二代分离纯化技术。该技术可以模拟生物膜的输送功能,具有高渗透性、高浓缩系数、高选择性等特点。本文通过实验选择N205-P204-煤油-HCl乳化液膜体系作为研究对象,考查诸因素对萃取效果的影响。并找出最理想提取条件。将该体系用于不同浓度范围的钒(V)溶液萃取,萃取率可达90%以上。对低浓稀溶液中钒(V)的萃取更为有效,萃取率可达95%以上。
The liquid membrane technique has showed to be a very competitive seperation technique following the solvent extraction method. It can imitate the transport behavior of biologic membrane and distinguish itself by high concentration coefficient, permeation , and selectivity. Comparative studies showed that N205-P204-kerosine HC1 system is applicable to extracting Y. The important factors affecting the extraction are discussed and the ideal system is proved to be effective on extracting V of different concentration, especially on extracting V of dilute solution, the extraction efficiency is up to 95 %.
