关于吸波涂层材料电磁参数的研究

摘要 本文的研究目的是探讨在X波段(8.0~12.0 GHz)内金属微粉树脂合成材料的电磁特性与其影响因素之间的关系。通过对金属微粉的微观特性(如成分、粒度等)的研究,观察了不同超微细粉对涂层材料电磁参数影响的差别。为了增大电磁波的损耗,还研究了在吸波材料中加入短金属纤维对材料的影响,并从理论上进行了讨论。 The study purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the magnetic and dielectric characteristics of fine-metal-powder-resin composite and its effective factors in the X-band ( 8.0-12.0 GHz ) frequencies. Through the research on characteristics ( constituent, particle size, etc. ) of fine metal powder, it was found that various ultra-fine powders have different effect on the electromagnetic parameters of coating materials. In order to increase the loss of the electro-magnetic wave, the effects were studied through the absorbing materials being imposed by short metal fibers, and their theory was also discussed.
